In an effort to reduce food waste, Gaucho offers an on-demand, order-as-you-please, unlimited brunch menu on Sundays.
Gaucho, the Argentinian restaurant that’s made a household name in the UK and Dubai, has made its way to Hong Kong in a bottomless brunch fashion. Every Sunday for two hours between 11-4pm, feast yourselves to an all-you-can-eat brunch menu with a non-alcoholic drink or mocktail at HKD$450, or the free-flow brunch at HKD$650.
The menu offering include items like Fried Provoleta, Steak & Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Bacon Sandwich, Choripan Sandwich, Oven-baked Chorizo Sausage, and health-conscious items from Smashed Avocado on Toast, Granola Yoghurt, to Bell Pepper and Oregano Frittata. Blueberry Pancakes make for a healthy indulgence made with whole-wheat flour and topped with a drizzle of honey.
